About Us Finger Lakes Health Care Federal Credit Union is a full service, federally insured financial institution serving health care employees and their families in the Elmira-Watkins Glen area. Founded in 1974 FLHC's main offices are located on the campus of the Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira, NY.
