Thank you for taking a moment to check out our first ever “Virtual Annual Meeting.” This year certainly has been unusual with many obstacles to overcome. As you know, our annual meeting is usually held in mid-March in the lower level of Arnot Ogden Medical Center. Due to various restrictions, this was not possible. As the future of gatherings is still uncertain, we would like to take this opportunity to “meet” with our members virtually, from the comfort of your own home!
Our meeting will be held on the Zoom platform. It is scheduled for Wednesday, July 22nd at 6:00 pm. All members are invited to attend. At this meeting, the credit union’s management team and representatives from our Supervisory Committee and Board of Directors will report on the previous year, what is important for this year and how it all impacts our biggest asset – the members. At the end of the meeting, we will be making random drawings for several prizes.
If you would like to attend the virtual meeting, please contact the credit union in one of the following manners, so that we can provide the necessary credentials for the Zoom meeting, as well as the handouts so that you can follow along.

1. Will there be a physical meeting location?
No, this year’s annual meeting will be held virtually by using the Zoom platform. You will be able to join the virtual meeting space using audio and video capabilities.
2. Do I need to pre-register for the annual meeting?
Yes, you must pre-register if you plan to attend the virtual meeting. We will accept pre-registration up until 1:00 pm on Wednesday, July 22nd. This will allow us to provide you with the credentials and/or direct link for the meeting, as well as the handouts to follow along with meeting. This information and documents will be provided electronically.
3. Will there be a physical meeting location?
Each attendee should pre-register individually. This will allow for a more accurate attendee count, as well as enter each member in for the various drawings. Even though you pre-register separately, multiple members may virtually attend on the same device under one login.
4. Will there be a physical meeting location?
There is no software or apps to purchase to “listen” to the Zoom meeting. You can participate by using the “For Telephone” directions provided when you receive your registration confirmation email.
If you would like to participate in the annual meeting using your computer, tablet, or smartphone, you may be prompted to download the (free) Zoom software. This will allow you to view the video feed from the meeting.

All members who attend the Annual Meeting will be automatically entered into the prize drawings when they pre-register for the meeting. Only members who have successfully pre-registered and attend the virtual meeting will be eligible for these drawings.
